All content related to the CX25WW Hiring Show (“Show”), including but not limited to the event format, logos, website content, designs, graphics, text, photographs, audio, video, and recordings, is the intellectual property of CX25WW unless otherwise stated.


1. Ownership

The CX25WW name, logo, and brand assets are trademarks of CX25WW.


The event structure, show format, and associated materials are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.


2. Usage Rights

Participants (candidates/employers): May use their own photos, testimonials, or experiences from the Show for personal/professional use, but not for commercial exploitation without permission.


Sponsors/Partners: May use approved CX25WW logos and media only as per the partnership agreement.


Media/Press: Must seek written consent before using CX25WW content beyond news coverage.


3. Restrictions

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of Show content is prohibited.

No one may claim ownership of the Show’s name, concept, or format.

Any attempt to copy or replicate the Show without consent will result in legal action.
